Yes that was very good. Still shows everyone how it should be done.

Shame Jenson got told to back off after Lewis got back past him, he just dropped right off as if to say I wanted to fight but got stopped by the team (low fuel my arse) ....

"Save fuel" seems to be the new codephrase for let your team-mate past or don't challenge for the position.

Yes but they were both in the same position with low fuel. I remember Ruebens Barricello running out of fuel on the last lap when in the lead. If that happened they could have lost a lot of points if both of them run out of fuel because of a duel.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Vettel was going faster so Webber should have moved over plenty to allow him through. (red)Bulls*it. Webber has every right to defend his position. A racing driver - a championship leading driver at that - does not have it in him to just give up and move over does he? Nevertheless Webber did give Vettel enough space to pass on the straight but not with the optimal part of the track/line so Vettel tried to force his way onto the better line. Thats how I see it. Lewis even said he'd done the same thing to him. I dont like Vettel. I didnt before and this just reinforced my feeling.
I also think its shocking that Horner would place the blame on Webber. Its a clear indication that they favour Vettel and a kick in the balls for Webber. I hope he wins the WDC (if Lewis or Button dont) and laughs in Vettels face. (Childish I know but sometimes you just have to).

Aye, a load of crap. He may have been going faster but on that line would have had to brake much earlier. He had a cars width of room, and even if he had more would have still hit a car if he turned across it without passing it first. I'm glad for Webber that he was still able to finish 3rd and Vettel was out.

Wonder why Lewis was so moody after the race, was he a bit pissed with Jenson?

And what was he talking to Mark about in the press conference? And saying whilst they were waiting to go out onto the podium before he realised the cameras were mic'd?

I think he was a bit pissed RE the fact that he had been told to save fuel and then Button went and had a go at him. i.e. why hadn't Button been told to save fuel also? RE what he was talking to Webber about I thought they were discussing what had happened to lead to the crash. They were using their hands to show the position of the cars.

Jenson Button was in the same position as his team mate in both being low on fuel. Lewis Hamilton was told over the radio that Jensen was in the same boat.

Anthony Davidson said Webber and Hamilton were discussing the collision and Hamilton said 'yeah, thats what he did to me', meaning Vettel pulled across aggressively in front of him. Button overheard it, thought they were talking about him, and enquired. Thats when Hamilton said "no, no, not you" but then jestured towards the camera and promptly shut up.

Wow interesting, I love hearing them chat after the race but as you say sometimes it's hard to hear or they remember the mics so keep quiet.

Full Race coverageSpool it forward to about 2hrs 28 mins, you can just hear Lewis say "Vettel" to Jenson, at the end of the conversation.
