Yeah, but as a customer who has never used this feature I'd prefer it if that was available as a bolt-on. _________________

I got my first phone for emergency use at the age or 12 or 13. It was PAYG and I hardly used it. I was on Virgin at the time.
When I upgraded my handset (I was around 19 at this point), I moved to Orange as the majority of people I called and texted used them. I've been with them for the last three years.

Here's another who decided he couldn't get an iPhone because the only carrier doesn't offer good enough coverage.

I'm now reliably informed from my US contacts there are in fact four carriers in the US. None of them come of particularly well in the service stakes.

It was why I went for it.....
