Bump (before it disapears off the end of the page), and back on topic.
Looks like a few folk like the idea of a gadgets/mobile type board to filter out random phone/iphone/ipad type things from the MP and Mac forums.

Sorry Davros, not to derail your thread again but if we're going to have a gadgets board I'd also like to see the creation of sports board. I know I'm certainly more interested in reading about the iPad than I am about football or F1. Mark

While I'm with you about being more likely to read about the iPad than the latest on a bunch of men running up and down a field, the gadgetry (especially Apple gadgetry) has a higher volume than that of this thing they call sports... ATM, it's a bit like putting Mac related help/news in the Internet board...iPhones/iPads/iPods aren't Macs so why put them in the Mac board?

How about we merge the Networking and Internet(working) forums as they're pretty much the same thing?
That would make a space on the Board Index for a Gadget Forum without making the page any longer.
