Ok, here's the first round of the new forum poll. I've tried to reflect the fact that we're aiming for a Top 10 (as that's what sparked the debate) so except for the final round (which will be the ordering of the 10) there will be at least 2 entries going through, and you'll have as many votes as entries going through.

I would urge people to at least try listening to all the tracks, although having listened to basically all of them myself, I'm not going to make an insistence on it being all the way through or anything ;)

Round 1 is going to be 10 tracks, and the Top 4 will go through, so 4 votes each.

Tracks are as follows:

Ministry - Jesus Built My Hotrod
Fleetwood Mac - The Chain
U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name
Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band - Urban Spaceman
Meatloaf - Bat Out Of Hell
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
Jimi Hendrix - The Wind Cries Mary
The Dandy Warhols - Bohemian Like You
Rocket From The Crypt - Born in '69
AC/DC - Thunderstruck

Each round will run for the usual 7 days, and I'll try and start them first thing Tuesday morning each week (reminders are allowed!). No changing once you've voted, it'll just get too complicated so think first!!

This time I remembered I had 4 votes instead of just one before pressing the Submit Vote button!

Ahhh... two out of four stand out for me. I'll come back this evening and think more.

Great. I listened to the first track and then had to immediately listen to the entire Butthole Surfers back catalogue. I'll be back sometime before the polls close...
