Well I have the 20 Mbit service and yes it might give you that during the day and very early hours it grinds to a slow crawl during the hours 19.00 to 00.35, Then add in that they have traffic caps between 09.00 and 21.00 and you can see that you only really get a decent connection over night until 09.00. Though much of these problems could be resolved by installing FTTC, and lowering contention ratios even if it means a price hike.
