My work has an awesome printer system in the office. You register your login with one colour and one B&W laser printer. You tell the PC to print your document. Then you can walk to any printer in the building, swipe your pass key over a scanner and the network will send the file to that particular printer. No more setting up printers on each PC you log on to. No more having to set up different printers for every model in the building. It's great.
Yep, I was looking at implementing that here as well, but, even though it would save money, I was told not to waste my time on such nonsense...

That is very cool. Although I'm a little disappointed in myself for finding that cool.
For the record I went for the Kyocera 2020 (non-network version). It's been superb so far and very impressed with the build quality. Thanks for all the help
