Gaarrggh!
Was on-call today and sooo many women (incl fellow docs) were wearing low-cut tops or otherwise inadvertently revealing more than they'd know when bending over. The number of times I wanted to grab some of the women and shake them up and down to watch their jubblies bobble was ridiculous.
I've had surges in testosterone around spring time in previous years but a helluva lot less than this. I think I have been stupidly close to being struck off the GMC register at least fifteen times today.
Gaaarrgghh!

Seriously there was one mother who wasn't ugly (not a proper milf) whose chesticulars were the size of basket balls. Not kidding. I had to hold myself back from motorboating her.
