Just seen Capello's press conference. No questions about the game, no questions about the players, just a bunch of the press trying to trick someone speaking a language he isn't fluent in to say he's going to resign. Disgraceful. Lock the press and the players in the same room and throw away the key.

Agreed. You'd think he was solely responsible for the whole debacle. I don't think things would have been any worse had Capello donned an England kit and substituted himself for Rooney.

Argentina have that cheating f**kwit Maradona as their manager. They deserve to win now't.

Couldn't agree more.

Hmmm. Difficult. Sort of like being forced to choose between eating dog cr@p or cat cr@p.

Hmm, Argentina or Germany?

Germany, hands down. As opposed to Maradona's hand up.

I don't like the Germans, but I like the Argies even less.

I think on balance Germany rather than Argentina.

Err, I would have thought that in order to be our biggest rival we would also have to be their biggest rival. No?

Germany's biggest rival has always been the Dutch.

I truly felt sorry for David Cameron yesterday. Of all the people to watch the match with.
