I have started sticking to cup-a-soups for lunch, I have breakfast a bit later (usually after 9am now) and then soup for lunch and sometimes soup in the afternoon if I'm hungry again. £1 for a box of 5 which makes them 20p each

Ever since I found out that the staff canteen is subsidised I've bought my dinner from there. I used to make my own sandwiches for dinner the night before, but come dinner time the next day the bread really wasn't all that nice, and making the same days dinner before work just isn't an option when you have to get up at 6am already. Today I bought from the staff canteen for dinner. Cooked chicken breast in bread crumbs, shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber and cheese on a bap for £2.05. Previously they had a set dinner menu for the week but they've been playing about with what they serve on what day recently so dinner for tomorrow is anyone's guess right now.

Just think of Mark living in a different time zone such as Dhaka, +5 hours.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Corrected. Today I had a nice salad, with potatoes and left over barbecue stuff, (various meat things) that mrs. V made for me, but I was so busy I haven't been able to eat all of it, for fear of indigestion...

And the bread seems to form the central core of your sandwich.

I made a roasted vegetable couscous salad last night, which I've just had with a piece of ham, lettuce and honey and mustard dressing. Was yummy, I just hope there are less calories in the couscous than the bread I was having before.

It wouldn't surprise me if most of the calories were in the dressing.
