- Slow down your reporting so you can...
- Get your facts right instead of fomenting speculation
- Improve your investigative journalism
- Put some important news exclusives on the website first before they hit the TV
- Sack however comes up with your colour schemes - they're p!ss-poor
- Make your low-bandwidth version work correctly
In short, get a fekking grip because at the moment you're crap.

Twitter and facebook are most likely going to turn out to be a fad.

I prefer the design of the BBC News website over that of Twitter/Facebook.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Lets just hope he makes it better than it is now.
Sadly I can't help but predict that we'll end up with a more expensive bad site.

Given they've just had their budget cut by 25%, the one thing its not likely to be is more expensive.

I don't feel the need for any "improvements". Sometimes I get the impression that the BBC have money to burn.

If they don't spend everything they can't ask for licence fee increases. And they've just spent the best part of a billion doing up Broadcasting House.

How about they spend money on making TV programmes rather than redesigning stuff that already works and doesn't need changing?

I agree. Then maybe they could do something innovative way.
