Breakky: Bowl of Honey Nut Cornflakes, slice of toast with low fat spread and marmalade
Mid-morning snack: Apple and Banana
Lunch: Large white bap with cheese & leftover coleslaw
Afternoon snack: Apple and Banana
Dinner: Probably roasted/grilled lean Chicken Fillets, with steamed brocolli, carrots and new potatoes
Supper: Coffee and a biscuit (or three!)

I should probably cut out supper, otherwise it would be quite a healthy day for me!
I'm really trying to avoid crisps and sweet stuff, my downfall I think.
I'm also trying to eat less white bread - I tend to get the 50/50 loaf now, as I don't like brown bread, but realise white isn't that good for you.
I tend to have a fairly healthy day, then blow it when it comes to my dinner and have something quick and unhealthy. Tonight will be healthy though!

I'm loving my (relatively) healthy eating at the moment so I'm going to list today's food:

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast and honey and a glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Small portion of leftover vege lasagne I made on Sunday, two sausages and a bit of homemade coleslaw.

Supper (to come): Poached Salmon, mash, peas and parsley sauce.

Think I'm going to start a food diary, though the cider intake causes quite an imbalance to the overall healthiness.

Just got up and had breakfast.
Chicken breast in bacon and leek sauce. Food patterns on night shift are weird!
