Damn!OpenSUSE 11.3 comes out on Thursday 15th July I get married on Saturday 17th July I'm away until 30th July Oh the torture! What to do? I want to update dammit. (P.S. I'm not being entirely serious) (P.P.S. Of course I'll postpone the wedding)

My views on this are: 1) Wait and do it after the wedding 2) Buy a console server, attach it to the computer you want to upgrade and allow access to it via the internet (use protection!). Acquire a phone/similar with internet access and a terminal program and do the update while you're away! It could be tricky, but anything that goes wrong can be ironed out too

I have opted for the play safe September option. Plus a reason to hump the wife all through out the honeymoon as a way to distract yourself from the fact that you have an update to do when you get home.
