This is the kind of thing that really makes me shudder. Apart from the fact the guy is an odious being, he seems to think the best way counter 'brainwashing' by the American state school system is by, um, brainwashing them. Again. Of course, he could try teaching them to think, but that would probably mean that his fans start to realise how much bull**** he speaks.

You may be right.... although I think fox news does have a lot to answer for in that respect, and it is worrying, the recent ruling about being able to broadcast opinion more widely. Reminds me of a quote from the news quiz. 'Fox News, so called because it does just that: fox news'

Yes but all their competitors actually like this. This will do more damage to America than anything that the terrorists can do. The rampant march of the religious right is damaging their kids education at schools, and further down the line their careers as well. So do you think that the Chinese or Russians have any problems with this? Of course not. This will make America a poorer place but many already too stupid to realise that.
