Yes you did read his name correctly

Quote:
A Kent MP has apologised for being drunk in the House of Commons and missing a vote on the Budget.

What can you say. Drunk on duty normally a sack-able offence isn't it :?

I fell foul of the duty free bar there. It is so cheap I am surprised that they do not all qualify as alcoholics when they leave.

If was found to be incapable of doing my job due to an excess of alcohol, I certainly wouldn't expect to be doing it for much longer afterwards.

Daniel Hannan (a complete arse himself) describes Mr. Reckless as "the best kind of MP".

Never trust a politician who isn't drunk!

I make all my important decisions after a bottle of Scotch. I find it helps me filter out the crap from what's really important.

I have heard the quote never trust someone who does not drink. Though I think that he let himself and his constituency down. I am a very light drinker, it does mean I get drunk very cheaply. :D
