Not... exactly. The 'c' in italian has a couple of pronunciations, depending both on the letter following it and the context. And the 'h' is actually used as a modifier rather than a phoneme, so 'ch<vowel>' is the opposite of whatever 'c<vowel>' is. So 'ch' of itself has no sound/pronunciation in Italian, it all depends on what the next letter is. It's one of the things I found hardest to get my head around. Well, that and the fact nobody in the UK pronounces the work 'pistachio' correctly... Jon

Poor Grint. Didn't know what to do with himself.

They should get her on the show and ask if she was "having a crisis"

That particular episode... What was the point of putting the Camaro up for comparison with a car that costs almost twice as much?

Blimey... Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz to take Top Gear test...in this week's show!! Now that should be interesting, especially if Clarkson uses the "were you nursing a semi" line on Tom!!

Just caught last weekend's how.
I was in stitches over the holiday caravan skit. Hammond trying to put up the roof of his mansion in high winds all but killed me. Clarkson's effort on its side was a bit predictable, though.

You could see that before they even drove from the first services. Considering his speed limitation he should not have been on the motorway.

I have to assume the vehicles were passed by VOSA before they were allowed on the public roads. Clarkson's Contraption was about the same height as the largest commercial vehicles on the roads now.

Any bets that they only considered this after the film flopped relatively in the states and this is part of the media hype to relaunch it in Europe?

Yeah but Tom like the boys. Apparently they jump the Stig and try and get his helmet off.

I WANT A CYCLE POWERED PORSCHE!
That was the best episode of Top Gear in... ages. And who'd have thought Cameron Diaz swore like a docker?
