Steamed bread buns:

My first time making them. The round one has a sweet soy lamb and courgette curry inside.

Unfortunately I can only fit 3 at a time in the steamer, so the first 6 came out great and the next six flopped :(

I work in central London and am far too lazy to pack a lunch, so I blow a fortune on apparently healthy [LIFTED] like sushi. I remain a fat bastard nonetheless.

When at work I either go to Boots and buy the meal deal (sandwich, crisps and drink) or I'll buy something hot from work (the joys of working in a bakery xD)

But today I had a footlong tuna and cheese subway. Not very healthy for me, but I love them.

Although I try to have breakfast, invariably I end up missing it. Hence i generally eat twice a day.

If at midday, I have lunch, it will be canteen-bought sandwich and drink. Maybe a packet of crisps. If at midday, I have dinner, it will be a large hot meal.

When I get home, a snack of yoghurt if I had lunch earlier.

In the evening, a light supper if I had a dinner at midday, or a proper dinner if I had a sandwich earlier.

On the odd occasion I manage to have breakfast, dependig on how early I have risen, i will be either a cereal bar eaten on the eay to work, a yoghurt, some cereal or eggs on toast.

Breakfast - Apple juice from locally grown Coxes, and a couple of strawberries.

Elevenses - two brown toast with butter.

Lunch - mushroom stuffed with home grown courgette, tomato, olives and chilli served with salad.

Tea - turkey leg, boiled potato, carrot, home grown beans and gravy.

Supper - extra mature vintage Gouda with crunchy whole grain Swedish crackers.

I love having a kitchen at work. Freshly made food for under 10p :)

Fat chance of getting one though. :x

Haslet and salad sandwiches today. Just the merest smearings of mayo in there too.

But, in fairness, that's only because it's her fingers you're chewing.

How I didn't see this post before is beyond me...

Today

breakfast : Bitesize shredded wheat, skimmed milk
lunch : ceaser salad wrap (the ingredient list of which was hilariously bizarre)
Dinner : Dunno yet, but I have a pizza express pollo ad astra in the freezer that I quite fancy.

Weird : I occasionally eat uncooked pasta.

Jon
