Anyone remember this "toy"?

A mate was asking me about some toy and neither of us can remember the name of it.
Basically, you have a flat plastic disc with all sorts of lines cut out. You're supposed to place the disc in the centre of a piece of paper. You then align a cutout with a mark you've made on the edge of the disc. You then draw in the cutout. You then rotate the disc so the next one is lined up and draw again. By doing this, you create a drawing of an object (I remember drawing a dog, mate remembers a horse too).
BTW, it's not spirograph. Anyone have any ideas as to what it might be?
