I upgraded the firmware on my mobile this evening. I backed up my contacts first, using Windows Mobile Device thingy, and guess what. They're now not there. I keep writing letters to remind them not to waste everyone's time sending paper bills, but they don't take any notice. I get: - An invoice requesting payment
- An invoice reminder for overdue payment
- A bill to show it's been paid
I don't want overdue payment reminders from them. They automatically take the money on the 25th of each month, so how is it overdue? Peter. _________________A Mac user

I received a pensions statement yesterday. It had a leaflet about saving paper and asking for it all to be online.
I received the self-same pensions statement again today. It had the same leaflet in it.
Somebody goofed.

Ok guys, what is the description for words/wrinting that looks the same upside down as it does the right way round.
I'm sure there is a certain word that describes this style. Any ideas?
