Arcserve and Symantec Backup Executive are the two big names. I use Acronis TrueImage for imaging workstations, but haven't tried it on servers.
I use TrueImage "Always on" backup on my latop to constantly back-up my hard drive, when the external e-Sata is connected (works a lot like Timemachine on the Mac). I am very happy with Acronis.
We currently use Symantec at work, it is a very comprehensive package, but doesn't like it if you delete key directories, without removing them from the back-up set. It runs on our primary server, then an agent on all the other servers. It takes about 8 hours to back up everything we have to LTO - although it would be much faster, if the company invested in a decent gigabit switch!
