A bloody mess, one would imagine... I'm not sure what hedgehogs are like when it comes to lost babies, as in will another mummy hedgehog "adopt" it, or will it be run out of town, but I can't help but think you, (Zippy) might be doing it a bigger favour if you try and find a local shelter type place, where it could be looked after until it's old enough to fend for itself.

But ultimately she'd prefer less.

They are quite soft with dull ends, not really sharp at all. J_V when I've relocated hedgehogs in the past they haven't been adopted by a family, but they haven't been run out of town either, they just grow up with other hedgehogs and eventually find a mate in the community. Tiggywinkles is quite far away and the majority of vet practices won't take them (IME) so since there's a Hedgehog haven on the allotment, I think he'll do better there, especially since that's most likely where they were heading anyway.

Sorry. I tried, but I can't help myself. Pedant alert! Miniature and pygmy really mean the same thing, unless these hedgehogs are really very, very tiny indeed. I'll get my coat.

I know. Sorry. I tend to have my outdoor garments close to hand these days for just such eventualities.

I know its part of the super-secret-man-code to always agree with everything your wife/girlfriend/etc says no matter what, apparently this still applies when she says "I love you more". My GF and I just had our first fight because we both refused to back down over this matter, which is a shame since I hate fights, but I think I won in the end Women are most curious

I reckon I've got an hour to go. Kind of bored. Don't want to make the next major change as I won't get it done tonight. Don't want to continue making minor changes as they're dull!

Haha! I know the feeling. Bot enough time to get your teeth into something, but too far from home-time to leave. Sucks.

Lies. I have this argument on a daily basis. One of us usually wins when the other ends up replying with "on second thoughts, I hate you.".. although this just tends to lead to an argument about who hates each other more. Which usually leads to the argument about who is cooking this evening. Which I usually win. Unless I'm tired/in agony/can't be bothered. In which case I lose. Sods law.
