Sony Alpha A450 DSLR + 18-55mm lens, £299.99 at Comet £15 off with AW5199 bringing it to £285 http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/produc ... RA450L.CEHIt's cheaper than the cheapest entry level DSLR from Comet and many other places. I did click + collect from 2 stores just to try and guarantee I could get one, after doing one the next nearest store had already run out online, so it's a 50 mile round trip for it (at least that £15 off covers petrol )

Chuckie Egg returns! | | | | Quote: Here's a blast from the past like no other: Chuckie Egg, the side scrolling, platforming egg collector game of the mid-Eighties is back on our screens once again.
The game has been recreated as an internet flash game by a Mr. Neil Crutchlow of AnF Software and released for all at repton3.co.uk.
Chuckie Egg was initially released on the ZX Spectrum, the BBC Micro and the Dragon in 1985 but its popularity saw it come to other systems including the Commodore 64, Acorn Electron, MSX, Tatung Einstein, Amstrad CPC and Atari 8-bit family.
Players take control of Hen-House Harry, collecting twelve eggs positioned on each level, before a countdown reaches zero.
Piles of seed can be collected to increase points and stop the countdown timer for a while. Oh and there are also hens patrolling the level that will kill you.
Anyway, enough history go and play it...You're already playing it aren't you? | | | | |

Dan Brown - The Lost Symbol £2.99 at Tesco
but....
It's also on BOGOF. So thats TWO copies for £2.99 if you know anyone who wants one!
(Its not worth getting a different book free IMO as they seemed to have raised their book prices allround for the BOGOF offer)

Blu rays are starting to get sensible but still some way to go before I am even interested. Fable is getting cheap elsewhere. I saw it very cheap on Amazon the other day as well.
