They're the same thing. Your three primary controls over the exposure are shutter-speed, aperture size and sensor sensitivity (ISO).

I can see why. (8+) Try experimenting with the height of the camera for this kind of shot. Sometimes it can look really cool (not that this one doesn't) if the light trail is above the point of view. Still, good shot man. Keep it up. Mark
