My neighbour is Russian. I could always ask her if you want something translated? It just looks like a very amateur fan site to me. They've plagiarised various websites and just stuck it all together. Jesus, that's lazy! They even link back to your Flickr page! It quite plainly says "All Rights Reserved" on each photo's Flickr page so you should be well within your rights to claim some form of compensation. Consider getting in with some of the other users they have ripped off, for example clicky...And don't let them come over as "Oh I'm sorry, I'm Russian I don't understand....and I only made this site as a fan". The fact is, they have Google advertising so they're making $$$ from click-throughs. If I were you, I would ask for your images to be removed pending legal action, see what they say. Club together with the other ripped-off Flickr users and see if you get any joy that way. Incidentally, how did you find out that they were using your images? All I've had so far from Flicker have been very nice people who have asked to use my images.

About once a day, I check my Flickr stats and see what's what, who's linking to the pics etc. I've had maybe two images linked to where the author has asked for my permission to use it, and that's totally fine. I just tried using that sites contact email form thingy, and it's broken. Surprise.

Well the website I linked to in my OP... I'd like to know if he's claiming ownership of my work. Regardless, they're using it without my permission, so at the very least a email I can send saying 'STOP USING MY PICTURES.' would be nice.

At least they are doing that. That shows that they aren’t completely evil. I have been asked a couple of times for use of my pictures. I’m watching my stats to see who is looking in, and so far I’m not having the commercial “success” of the OP. I need to take more “interesting” pictures, I think, featuring kittens, iphones etc..
