Yes but the Americans are not after justice they are after retribution. It is one reason why the US reputation around the world is so bad. I have some doubts about his guilt anyway. The US politicians are playing to an audience to show how tough they are against terrorism for the November elections. Just because he is a catholic does not mean everything he says is wrong. Remember a broken clock is right twice a day.
