The Prime Minister also signalled that he was ready to open up a new front on tax evaders, after detailing plans to tackle benefit fraud.
Answering questions from an 100-strong audience at a PM Direct meeting in Manchester, Mr Cameron suggested that well-off parents should stop using services like Sure Start.

Well just treat it as benefit fraud. They are claiming a benefit for which they are not entitled to. Simples.

Exactly. If they really want to be fiscally responsible that should be their first priority.

Really Mr Cameron? Because the issue with that is (in this area anyway) the lazy-unemployed-rent-free-easy-lifers dont want to or can be arsed to make the effort to go to stuff like Sure Start and baby groups.

It might actually be because they do not have a job so look after their kids instead.
