Yep, ruling that the X-Box advert was misleading, because the X-box version just doesn't live up to the quality of the PS3 version (footage from which was used in the X-box advert). :lol:

Wow! Of course its different. The FMV/CG on PS3 is on blu-ray and the Xbox version on DVD (compressed). Its not exactly rocket science. In the GAMEPLAY video I posted though its quite clear to see the GAMEPLAY footage near as makes not difference.

More often than not I've the PS3 on for iPlayer and a quick browse, probably every day now in fact

I chose the PS3 cos I don't like handing M$ money when I don't have to, can't get on with the 360 pad, free online (should I decide to use it

), PSN, browser etc...

On Sony products in general, they're overpriced, over-hyped and over here, often covered in stickers and infested with crap :lol:
