Drivers.... absolutely not, that is the main issue is the release of Motorola's code and potential backlash over untested/finished work making it mainstream

I'm guessing it's something specific about the files being distributed.

I would have thought that it was more down to the replacement of network branded features to having them removed effectively. It may no longer display Verizon or AT&T every time you turn it on.
