I would agree. Heavy drinkers die of cirrhosis and other problems. I think that the life expectancy curve is like a hockey stick. Higher for non drinkers drops for moderate drinkers then climbs relentllessly. The odd drink is actually godd for you but the higher levels of many drinkers is problematic certainly long term.
