Ok, bit of a long shot.
Has anyone got a recording of the 1997 Hungarian GP? I had it on VHS, but it looks like the tape didn't survive the house move.
Cheers

If you google for it you'll find a few torrents to download, if you're fine with that sort of thing. "1997 Hungarian GP video" search resultsThere's also a 7-minute highlights on the BBC website, hereWhy the interest, wasn't that when Damon nearly won it?

Yep, someone kindly sent me a link, no seeders though. Cool, thanks. No particular reason, I knew I had it on tape and I just fancied watching it. Then, when I realised the tape must have been tossed when we moved (after emptying a dozen boxes looking for it), I just really wanted to watch it. That sort of thing gets me every now and again, and I can't let it go - some kind of obsessive-compulsive weirdness.

Vettel is a frigging menace!
[edit]He gets a drive-through for wrecking somebody's race.
[edit 2]And now he wipes off Liuzzi's front wing. At least he got a puncture for his stupidity.

I have to say I'd really like to see Webber win the championship but either of the Brits would also be perfectly acceptable , just please god not Vettel or Alonso.

Yeah, I think Webber's a deserving nomination. He is a great driver and a good ambassador for the sport. Of course, if either Jensen or Lewis get it, I'll be pleased as well.

Yeah, behind Button and Hamilton, Mak Webber would be my choice for champion.
I'll settle for anyone except Fernando "whinging tw@t" Alonso or Sebastian "demolition derby" Vettel.

Button was nursing a damaged front wing which he was aiming to change on this scheduled pit stop. Vettal in keeping with his character got frustrated drove too close and when button broke early for the bus stop Vettel got caught-out.
Vettel would have been aware button was struggling so why didn’t he just sit behind at a safe distance until the pit stops and jump the place while JB’s wing was being changed…… why? Cos Vettels a Tw*t.
Great to watch though, just feel sorry for Button

Isnt the punishment for wrecking JBs race/championship points a little slack? I really dislike Webber.
