If we're playing the Official 2008 Version with replacement bus services in operation, that fairly obvious "straddle" is not allowed when the preceding player has dodged a triple flute.

Victoria Line closed due to bomb scare so all stations are evacuated and trains cannot pass through. Lose a turn if at a station on the line.

(Can we pick any tube station, or does it actually have to be linked via a line to the previous one?)

If the replacement bus services are in operation, you only miss a turn if you zone-hop. I'm going to be somewhat unorthodox and go for Heathrow Terminal 5.

Either a line, or if not, if it's accessible via the road system, then the station is playable, what can change things though is what year's map you're using..

It also depends if you are using the Cryer Variation. Big factor that.
