I saw that one linked to on the MacFormat forums and they quoted someone $44 for shipping.
I'm not paying that.

Is this what you're looking for, Mark?

I know it's being shipped from the USA, but for less than £10.00 including delivery, it's not bad. There's a lot of others on eBay for a similar price, but the majority are coming from abroad.
