Halo Reach disappointed during its first week on sale in Japan - managing to shift just 44,413 copies - but in week 2 it's nosedived out of the region's top 20 entirely.

In fact, the Xbox 360 platform itself doesn't have a single title in the upper echelons of Japan's software chart this week.


It should be pointed out that Microsoft's likely to have expected exactly this sort of outcome with the shooter in the region - we doubt any tears have been shed - but it's not fantastic news for the platform holder, is it?

Elsewhere Pokémon Black & White continues its dominance with 3.3million copies sold (in two weeks!) while Yakuza PSP debuts at number two and Super Mario Galaxy 2 continues its slow burn.
