Ok, here's the first round of the new forum poll. I've tried to reflect the fact that we're aiming for a Top 10 (as that's what sparked the debate) so except for the final round (which will be the ordering of the 10) there will be at least 2 entries going through, and you'll have as many votes as entries going through. I would urge people to at least try listening to all the tracks, although having listened to basically all of them myself, I'm not going to make an insistence on it being all the way through or anything Round 1 is going to be 10 tracks, and the Top 4 will go through, so 4 votes each. Tracks are as follows: JJ Cale - CocaineSuicidal Tentacles - You Can't Bring Me DownFleetwood Mac - Go Your Own WayDavid Bowie - Queen BitchUFO - Doctor, DoctorTim Robinson Band - 2, 4, 6, 8 MotorwayPink Floyd - SorrowGuns N' Roses - Sweet Child O' MineJohn Martyn - Johnny Too BadSystem Of A Down - AerialsEach round will run for the usual 7 days, and I've decided to change it to Friday morning each week (reminders are allowed!). No changing once you've voted, it'll just get too complicated so think first!!

You're a genius Lev, the only one you missed was the PinkFLoyd entry. I think we should end the poll right now.

And the inevitable problem I face running this poll.
5 people and counting have voted for Guns N Roses.
*twitches*

Perhaps I could trade in my two unused votes to bring Guns N Roses down by two?

Don't be a hater. Sweet child o mine is a good song, and deserves it's place. If this was a poll on personalities then even I would have voted differently.

I'm really appreciating the links, listening to J.J. Cale at the moment, just finished Aerials, that is one of the weaker System songs IMO looking back.

Good job we don't have negative voting. If we did Bowie would have minus four votes from me.
