I hope this guy had a fairly thick filter on the front of his lens...

I'm not sure why we should be surprised by the tech used to capture this image. If it had been a Sony Alpha, or something from Samsung, perhaps that would be noteworthy. But the fact someone is using a Nikon to make awesome images isn't particularly noteworthy, is it?

I was ignoring the obvious trolling (because it's obvious) and focussing on the greatness of the pic. Mark

I was totally NOT trolling. I just figured it was time for Peter Parker and Jimmy Olson's manufacturer of choice to get some love here.
Oh, and the pic is truly stunning.

I love the Tiger Woods shot!
Not just because the ball is obviously about to hit the phiotographer but because of the looks on everyone's faces at the bizarre events unfurling.
Particularly the asian guy with what appears to be a cigar on the right and the guy in the red top on the left!
LOL!

I like the kid crouching down left-of-frame to Tiger.

Also, the random periscope is worthy of a mention.

What's the lad on the left, the one standing not crouching, actually taking a picture of?
