How long should it take for someone to pay for an item on fleaBay? What's the standard sequence of events when there's a potential "Second-chance offer" available? How long is reasonable to wait?

Oh ok. I wonder what I happened to have it set to. Is there a general opinion as to how fast stuff should be paid for? I know the once or twice I've bought stuff it's been paid for within a few hours, and in the past I've been paid within a day or so.
