+1 So long as it snows. Edit: Fin, it also helps if you wear a jacket. I know this is contrary to the Geordie upbringing but it does help fend off the cold.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFoRHWw2Dp0My neck seems to have stiffened up in the weather and my shoulder has gone stiff too, I didn't think that frozen shoulder was only when my shoulder is actually frozen....

Can't wait until we move house.
The estate we live on is only about three years old, but was obviously thrown together at minimal cost. The lawns are full of clay, the houses offer no sound insulation at all, the electricity supply is flakey (6 power cuts in the last 4 months) and the telephone exchange is ropey.
The latches in the internal doors keep disintegrating - we've had four fail since April, and the neighbours have all experienced the same problems.
Oh, and the boiler developed a fault, so we were without hot water and heating for three days last week.
I would never buy a new build, if this is the kind of quality you can expect.
The house we're going for is Victorian, has had a new central heating system fitted and a full re-wire.

Nope Neither is the frankly laughable amount the insurance company offered me for it, they actually offered me considerably more for my car..... nearly £200 more (it's a 97 Honda Accord)

Start talking about if they don't come up with a resonable revised offer for your car, your whiplash and the whiplash that your GF got then you will have to consider what a court would decide.

Anyone heard of Iris? They're the largest privately owned UK software house. Learn something every day.
Phone support still rubbish though.

Good reviews all round then - hoorah!
After November / December I won't have to deal with them any more.
