Well the 'price' they would have offered me for my car went up £100 over the weekend The insurance for whiplash, trapped nerve and whatever is causing my sore elbow is a joke tbh, so I have enlisted a local accident solicitors to handle is as they seem to come recommended from everyone (They are THE local ones to use based in Newcastle) and they seem interested in getting physio treatment sorted ASAP for my gf which is good, and me after I see my doctor about my arm TBH I wouldn't have thought £800 for the inability to sleep and being unfit to drive for nearly a week isn't particularly much considering there is the pain and reduced mobility and freedom as a result On the plus side it means I'm not the one that has to make the cups of tea

There are always positives. I'll be in touch if I ever need the name of a good accident solicitor.

£800 is wank. Have a word. Glad you're both gonna get treatment though. Physiotherapy is ESSENTIAL in cases like this. I can't emphasize it enough. And correct rehab is really, really important.

I know, when he told me it would take "between 6 and 12 months if it was to involve a doctor" I knew it was time to involve a specialist, especially considering whiplash even minor is looking approx £1000 then I think I have a trapped nerve in my left arm and pain in my left elbow joint and shoulder/left side of my back That and considering the value of my car has gone up £100 over the weekend I know I can get more easily Dan, it's a solicitor whose name is opposite to Faill (spelling intentional) if you find Quentin Wilson advertising them you know you're on the right track (everyone seems to recommend them)

Cheers Fin, hopefully I won't need them. Edit: Found this, how reliable it is I have no idea: * £750 to £2,500 if you manage to recover within a year of the accident * £2,500 to £4,250 if you recover within 2 yrs * £4,250 to £7,750 (with a slow recovery, that has a lasting vunerability) * £7,750 to £13,750 if you are perminantly suffering the effects of whiplash Injury From whiplash-compensation.com lol (No idea who the hell they are so don't take this as me saying they're reliable lol.)

All 513 images that I took yesterday on my 14hr photo trip of the north coast of Northern Ireland have successfully imported in to Lightroom. I'm going for a shower then I'm going to have my tea. After that I think I'll do some editing to see what I can cut out. After that, I think a quick news article on my 'site and a gallery will appear.

that looks about right to me with what I have heard, I was offered the bottom end of the lowest range and feel I could get more and given the fact it's not just direct whiplash with my arm issues too. Seeing my doc first thing tomorrow morning too so will see what he says and if there is anything I can get for the pain as the cold weather is making my shoulder lock up a bit
