Happy whatever-it-is-you-celebrate/hijack today. :)

Virtual hugs and good vibes to those who need them.

Morning all.

Mmm, left over cold pizza for breakfast.

Have a great/creepy/spooky/quiet (delete as appropriate) day.

Morning all,

Woken up to a mass of Facebook messages congratulating me my engagement to Faye. Still feeling the buzz :D

Not sure what's happening today...The original thought was to go and do some work then head off to the cinema this evening...

If I had the space I'd invest in a punch bag and some gloves to unleash my frustration on - my fcuktard father (yes, that cnut again) has managed to take the rubber foot off my netbook's extended battery by shunting it along the kitchen table, just because he has no respect for anything.

So now the entire netbook won't sit right until I can get some glue :x :x :x

Morning all,

Overslept by an hour thanks to a bug in the iPhone software meaning that the clock updates, but recurring alarms don't...
Just testing to see if I can replicate it, I'll know in about 7 minutes...

Bit of a bugger seeing as I need to be in work just now and am only just getting dressed...

Gid Moaning.

Well, it's certainly lighter this morning than it has been for a few weeks.

Have a great day folks.

'lo. By my reckoning it's All Saints day today. The French get a bank holiday. I don't.

Oh what fun :(

Back in the nineties I was sharing a house with my little brother and some other guy until one afternoon when I got a phone call saying that some people had called round and changed the locks and boarded up the doors.

Yep, the landlord hadn't paid the rent and the house was re-possessed.

We eventually managed to convince the repo company that it wasn't our fault and we got our stuff back. My point...?

These things tend to work themselves out so, whilst it may be worrying now, life has a way of sorting out these problems.

Morning all,

Taking Brooke to school in a minute, then lots of book learning to do so...

Have a great day everyone.

:)

PS. It's my wedding anniversary today. Pity we're too skint to go anywhere

Oh well, I'm sure we can sort something out. I'm thinking maybe a takeaway and a DVD... should be fun! :D

Happy Monday!

JV - congrats on the wedding anniversary. I don't think it really matters that you can't go somewhere special this time. There will be other times, after all.

Onwards and sideways, crabwise into the week!

Lo peeps

Back in work today after the two weeks off in hospital. Neck hurts, shoulder hurts and just about everything else hurts but at least I have a job for the forseeable future - which in my case is February

Hello

For some reason I don't like today. Not sure why. Have got quite a bit of work done.

Btw why is it the most simplest of jobs never are? Move a phone she asked.... oh don't even go there lol. It wouldn't be as simple as re-patching and it all worked would it!

Morning all,

Going in on the early train as the car is on the fritz...
Not sure what today entails, I just hope the boss's boss isn't around - He's a useless, tea drinking, finger pointing message boy who manages from a chair and occasionally gets up to write on our whiteboard. He really annoys me...His latest quotes include "I want us to expand out cover to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.", which was shortly followed with "I think we really aught to cut hours."...The man is a waste of space...

Ho hum, rant over. I'd better grab my things together...
