Morning all,

Just got home after collecting lil'K from a party and I'm up at 7:00 to take her to work. Then I'm taking Alex to football then back to uni'/cert ed/work preperation stuff, so I'd best get to bed... as soon as I finish this coffee!

Have a great Sunday everyone.

:)

Greetings.

We don't actually do birthdays, so we didn't do anything special for BB yesterday. Besides, I was out on the jobette for bleedin' hours stuffing magazines through letterboxes. I have Postie Knuckle now. I've grown to dislike those draught-proof letterboxes, too.

And the best thing? Got to go back and finish it today because we were all a bit too slow. :x

It's only once a month, but I didn't enjoy it. I'm not sure I'm going to last the course in this job. Not on the money I'll get, anyway.

Still, at least it wasn't hoofing down with rain, and hopefully we'll dodge the showers today.

I'll have Monday off, I think.

Onwards and sideways, with a slight limp.

The coffee is in the cafetiere awaiting my attention and I've got all my camera gear out for checking before the big rally to save RAF Lossiemouth at 2pm. Should be a good one.

Morning all.

Everyone enjoy bonfire night part 2 last night. Seemed to be the more popular evening around here, certainly on the street I live on.

Anywho, stocking up the freezer with lots of cooking today and meeting little bro for a coffee at some point.

Have a great day folks.

Afternoon, having a generally lazy day here at Lumb Towers. In the process of purchasing a rather lovely pair of monoblock power amplifiers.

3rd week with no shower :( The bathroom in the cellar is now cleared down the the bare bricks and mortar and the concrete floor, the heating pipes have been re-done, but the pipes for the shower and basin have still to be laid. That should be finished today and we can start on tiling...

Getting fed up of kneeling in the bath upstairs to shower (it is under the eaves and there is no shower curtain).

Morning all.

Just realised I had forgotten to reset the BST setting
Still, better late than never.

Dark and cold outside, although not raining... yet.
Welcome to Monday folks.

Lo.

I think I'm broken. I am walking like Kenneth More playing Douglas Bader in "Reach For The Sky". Too much walking carrying awkward loads over the weekend, perhaps.

No perhaps about it. :( I'm not getting paid enough to cause physical harm to myself.

If you hear loud groans and complaints coming from this corner of Blighty, you'll know it's me, just getting out of chairs!

In other news, I need to go shopping for some smarter clothes. One door closes...

Onwards and sideways - probably more sideways judging by the wind today! :D

Made it to campus for 09:00 today. It seems I start at 12:15 on Mondays. FAIL.

Lo peeps

Weather today is cold and breezy. It can't be described as windy as was forecast but it may have passed in the night - evidence being bits of trees all over the road and signs blown over

13.4*C in the office today - some pillock left a window open and all the radiators turned off  Coffee is being consumed and I've cancelled the 9:30 meeting due to apathy (mostly on my part). I have the man flu........

Today I will mostly be picking things off the floor with my doo-dah that Occupational Therapy gave me. This is because the bod is not working - probably due to the cold wind from the north-east......
