I managed to drift off to sleep around midnight, only to awake from some sort of bad dream, mere minutes later. It's been two hours now and I can't get back to sleep.

That's the same as me, but I never really have any trouble actually getting to sleep in the first place, but when I wake up - and I invariably wake up - it takes me ages to get back over. Then the chances are I'll just wake up again a little later. Mark

I went to bed early last night and drifted off to a lovely sleep by 10.30 then stupid [LIFTED] [LIFTED] [LIFTED] [LIFTED] [LIFTED] boyfriend woke me up at 11.30 kept me awake for half hour then I couldn't get back to sleep properly all night. Tired now _________________Still the official cheeky one
