I managed to drift off to sleep around midnight, only to awake from some sort of bad dream, mere minutes later. It's been two hours now and I can't get back to sleep.

That's the same as me, but I never really have any trouble actually getting to sleep in the first place, but when I wake up - and I invariably wake up - it takes me ages to get back over. Then the chances are I'll just wake up again a little later. Mark

Hmm. Is it only me that thinks 30 minutes is just enough time for two people to tire each other out before going to sleep..?

Heh. Pull the other one. It comes off, and I can donate it to Bratty.

have you considered revoking his visiting privileges and getting his key back? Is this the same boyfriend that you wanted to outsource?

1) No you aren't. 2) although 30 minutes sounds a bit short to me 3) But given it's about the best cure for insomnia there is I can't actually see that being the problem.
