He said on Twitter he was out for 30s. Video here. At least he managed to get to the brakes before the secondary impact. Impressive how fast the other car gets the anchors on, too.

That's not as dramatic as I thought from the image that I linked to. I thought the blocks were something a little more robust than plastic barrier. Mark

Yeah. I still don't envy anyone being in a car with the throttle stuck open, though.

That looks painful and expensive.  Fun fact - my car was used for the International Race Of Champions. Hence the IROC part of the name.
