Hi all,

I've spent a few weeks designing a large book for a client (mainly photographic), which is to be printed 13x11", they now also would like some small versions at 10x8" (13x11" and 10x8" are the two main landscape sizes supported by the chosen printing company).

Is there any easy way of resizing the entire design in InDesign CS3 for the smaller version, but keeping the ratio and cropping of all the image boxes correct?
If I just change the doc size, I'll have to go through each page and resize every element...

Thanks!

Group all the items on each page, then resize as a percentage.

Worked almost perfectly, I grouped each spread and resized as the nearest percentage, and copied and pasted to a new doc with the correct smaller page layout, then ungrouped and tweaked each element to make sure everything was perfect.
