I'd be happy just finding some regular use tyres in the right size for my car.

When I had 16x8s. I ran 205/45 Michelin PE2s with a stretch ;)

But then I only had 90bhp! You probably need a little more contact patch! I'm sure these would fit:

They'd fit, but I'd like the factory spec 245/55/16 instead of having to settle for a 245/45/16.

I'd have to agree with you there.

Factory smchactory.

The Octy OE fitment is 205/50/17, but nobody who's anybody runs that. 225/45 is far more available, cheaper and affords a little bit more lateral grip depending on the tyre.

But hey if you wanna waste money:

Cheers for that! I haven't been able to find them anywhere.
Mind you, a new battery tray and passenger side front wing are more pressing, as is the gaping hole I found in one of the sills. And if I'm having them sorted, then I may as well stick on some sub-frame connectors to stiffen the whole thing up, and then there's paint on top of that... so new tyres are pretty low priority at the moment. :)

Yet she is the same age as Gillian "Dr Poo" McKeith pretty much, enjoying food or eating rabbit food.... I know what I'd take!

Camskill ftw

Just as well, coz Proxes are really grippy, quiet and comfy. But they're a bit cack in the cold!! :D

Just make sure you get your list done in time for spring ;)
