I remember when some weirdo added me as a friend once. I replied saying "No offence, but wtf are you?" The reply was Leedsmanc, and I accepted On the other hand, I have loads of friend invitations I've either ignored or simply ignored. Some of them are from people who are friends of friends and I've never even met them. Do people just go around adding all their friend's friends' friends just to get more frends? It's perverse

Im rude yes. self centered no. remember that I live in an area notorious for its high "clique" levels and the "norm" as ill put it are people who will do anything ANYTHING to get to know everything about you, poke their nose where it dont belong and want to nose in on everything and every move you do etc, local coops are a fine example but in general the people too. When people "within the bubble/clique" want to step into my world (ie facebook page) I just cannot take that risk. hopefully that clears some things up

I can have a G27. Nicola wants me to get it as a joint birthday/xmas present and I'll contribute a bit with some other games I need to get rid of. WIN!
The thing is though I came into work today and we have a giant xmas tree set up. On it are stars and on each star is the name of a child and their age. All these kids (between 0-21) are in care or homeless or other. Work have aksed that you pick a star and buy a gift upto £15 for that child for xmas.
I'm now thinking about my selfish pursuit of a PS3 wheel and how I could use that money to maybe give someone else a smile at xmas.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

that sucks, my next door neighbour lost his 60+ years marriage wife, I think its cos she smoked ever since shes passed away hes turned to heavy drinking and gambling, shame
I take it this neighbour of yours was well known therefore it will be a big turnout at the funeral event?
