Disappointing. Sex in the City 2, only with more tits. Also at 1 hour 15 mins it is 25% more painful than a normal episode.

You did not like the fact that they recognised Captain Slow in Syria?

Just watched it. They do get to travel to some fascinating places, don't they?

Thought James had some of the best lines, especially his holy diatribe on the BMW gearbox.

Nearly spat my tea out when they revealed the baby.

Passable. But not a patch on last weeks. Pushed it too far (as is often the case). Stunning vistas though.

I liked this bit about the ratios too...

That barchetta looks very nice. See one on auto trader for 3995 and in top condition

I am quite surprised that the BMW did so badly. Amazing countryside though especially the mountain road north of Arbil.

I'm not. I remember 5th Gear did a piece about the base model Z3...it barely moves - heavy & underpowered.

You can have my wife's mx5 for a lot less than that.

Owning a Fiat already, and being well aware that they are pretty well screwed together despite their reputation, I was taken with the idea of owning a Barchetta next.

The only snags I could see were I don't have the money, and they didn't make a right-hand drive model. :|

LHD is great for confusing the 5-0. Just make sure you put Best Beloved in the passenger seat and get him to hold a mobile to his ear EVERYWHERE you go. Then you get to hurl abuse at them when they get it wrong. Trust me - I've done it, it's fun :D

But honestly, IF I suddenly transformed into a hairdresser, I'd have the MX-5.

Caught the end of an ad that says the show starts again on the 23rd, the net suggests it's a 6 episode run...
