A (as in the capital letter) & 'sus' as in the first part of the word 'sustain'.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Well known hair product - Pantene:

UK - Pan Ten

Aus - Pan Teen

End of the day, foreign word or brand name?

Yeah you can pronounce it how you like, but it was originally intended to be pronounced one way :) Like Adidas or Nike.

There's a slim chance that I could be offered work in Australia.
Details are very thin on the ground at the moment be one of the systems in use at our place are contracted out to an australian company, and one of their admin guys is currently over here with us onsite. He says they always have positions open and he wants me to give him my details later on this week.

Sounds promising. 8-)

At least there's nothing to hold you back now.

Best of luck with it, I hope it works out. Would be an incredible example of Karma.

Adidas stands for:
After diner I did a [LIFTED].
Or if you read it backwards:
Soon after diner I did another.

New monitor time 8-)

A nice new Samsung Syncmaster 22" to replace the 19" cheap as possible old one. Side by side on dual setup is amazing - there are colours being displayed now that the old monitor can only dream of! :)
