I probably do it once a month. Depends how much I can be arsed to shave. It's not a big cost really. The Hydro 5 I just bought was £10 for the razor and 6 blades.

Just watching Terminator on iPlayer. When the first Sarah Connor is killed it is one shot to the head and five to the body. When the BBC first showed the film back in the 90s the five shots to the body were cut. How times change.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

That reminds me of the first time ITV showed Die Hard. They replaced the yippee ki yay M£$%$(F^&ker with yippee ki yay kimosabe

I was surprised when I watched the T2 DVD as well, as I wasn't expecting so much shooting having watched the BBC version on tape.

It's a part of a films final deliverables to include versions for tv, dvd and airplane use. These will be cut according to the various broadcast rules for each territory - so it's not the tv channel doing the edits. In fact, I'd imagine there'd be a whole world of paper work and payments if they did.

I don't seem to be able to get rid of Caz's pink bits.
<eddit>Posting in a thread seems to fix it. Bring on the spamfest.</eddit>

It was only happening in this this thread. I was waiting for the next person to post to see if it cleared it before I reported the problem, but you (Edd) sorted it. It's not the first time it's happened.

I'm a genius. You don't have to tell me that. Just thank me. And then thank me again. Worship me. Now, bitch. (8-p)

If people want to commit suicide fine but FFS don't get don't force somebody else to do it for you.
Examples, jump in front of a train, Death by Cop etc. The poor sod who you use has to live with it, you don't. </rant>

I forgot to mention in my FPOTD that I took my car in again yesterday and I think the guy cleared the message... he also attached the diagnostic unit and said that two codes had come back. Something about the alternator and, (I think) the crank shaft sensor, but he said it should be fine and just run it round for a few days and bring it back if it goes again. So far, she's been running nicely, and the mileage seems to have gone back to normal so fingers crossed...
