Oh lordy, I wish it was a joke but they seem to be serious. I don't know anyone who understands this; Carroll valued at over two thirds of Torres? Half as much again as Suarez?? Four times as much as Charlie Adam?? Fcuking madness.

Well it looks like I'm looking at 6-9.... Months that is to recover from my whiplash from the accident, so it's likely to be another 3-6 months

*sudden idea* how many times have people here been checking over an Word/Excel/etc document, gone to close it thinking they had made no changes, and then been asked to save changes? how about on that "yes/no/cancel" dialogue box, there was a button labelled "show changes" which compared the document before and after, and highlighted all altered lines in an SVN-type green = new lines, yellow = changed lines, red = deleted lines way? this is already done to a certain extent in MS Visual Studio (small coloured marks by new and edited lines), so i dont see why they couldnt integrate the same system quite easily into Office

i did not know that, thanks finlay  theres an option for this function in LibreOffice too ("edit > changes > show changes" to enable, "tools > options > writer > changes" to customise). much better

anyone ever used direct gov website to book any kind of driving test?  this is big time stressing me out trying to find where to book HGV multiple choice (and hazard perception) exams  the whole website is confusing and I must book it today  I tried dvla site and this stupid site where I saw it yesterday  wish my hair was longer so I could rip it all out
