Tummy is unhappy today. Tummy was unhappy yesterday too. Tummy doesn't like this.

Yes - I know. I promised the comp results yesterday but the pain won. I didn't even switch on the puter  Tonight though....... ;)

Today the council are deciding on their budget. This means by tonight I should have a brown envelope in my hands with 90 days consultation due. This is a joke because to 'enjoy' the enhanced benefits offered, one must submit a request by the end of the month. It's a short month.

Good morning everyone.

It's stopped raining and it's Friday. What's not to like (other than it being a long time till 5pm).

Have a great day folks.

In the imortal words of Alistair Cooke, "Hello".

The Wench disappeared off very early this morning to attend a conference for teachers of some description. I used being up at such an anti-social hour (5:30!) and put some pork in for a slow roast up to lunch time, then went back to bed.

Friends coming over later for gaming fun, which hasn't happened for a while. All in all should be an enjoyable day.

Lo peeps

Oh I am looking forward to work tomorrow. I received a letter from my employer (not the expected brown envelope, it has still to arrive) but one stating that I've had more than 4 short-term absences this financial year and that I had better explain myself  No sh1t Sherlock - I've got Anklyosing Spondylitis, a chronic, debilitating form of rheumatoid arthritis for which there is no cure. You work it out

In other news, I've become famous for the statutory 15 minutes due to a few pics I took the other night :D but I'll leave that story for the Photography section of the board ;)

I have so many options that I'm completely befuddled - do I watch a film? Read a book? Listen to some of those unopened CDs?

I can't even decide what I want for breakfast, frankly
