Evening all.

Thank goodness it's Friday. Now if only my brain would work.

Morning.

Despite the weather conspiring to give us a damp trip, a damp arrival and a damp overall experience, I think we enjoyed our day yesterday.

It was nice to catch up with Gran - although you have to shout at her these days, bless her. It was great to catch up with my sis, too. Rather worried to discover it's been seven years since we actually met in the flesh last.

Anyway, a quiet Sunday is in store, I think.

Good morning everybody.

MSN is taunting me! I log out of hotmail and there, on the MSN homepage, is a picture with the caption "Justin Bieber shot dead on TV".
Sadly, it was when he appeared on CSI.

Anywho, have a great day folks. At least it may have stopped raining.

Lo peeps

I'm just not sleeping well  I can't believe the council didn't manage to get the figures needed to decide on my early retirement this weekend. It means that I'm going to get them sometime in the next 6 working days, have to decide on whether I can actually afford to retire and submit the forms on what will be a legally-binding request. The council however, still have the right not to accept my request - and all this with the wife away at a conference and me looking after the terrorists on my own

I suspect I shall sleep rather less over the next few nights.....

Al

Shouting at your gran : was that not in the least bit cathartic?
Good to hear you got caught up with your sister too.
I'd like to go and see my brother but he's in hospital and can only have one visitor a month, and that's my Mum.

'lo childs.
Sitting in the living room of the ouse with the doors to the back yard open because there's two men fight training in front of me. It's a little chilly.

Last night I dreamt that I had insomnia. This morning I'm knackered. Ergo, dreaming that you have insomnia is not conducive to waking up and feeling refreshed after a night asleep.
This is the end of this public information announcement.
